The School of Business Commencement ceremony will take place on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 1:30 PM.

Directions for Day Of:

Graduates should arrive to the Fieldhouse no later than 12:15pm on Saturday, May 4th. Here is a map of the campus here in Storrs should you not be familiar with the campus. Graduates will line up at 12:30pm for the processional into Gampel, please be at the Field House no later than 12:15pm. Please know that traffic may delay your arrival to campus given the various ceremonies on campus that day.  Please note that there will be no rehearsals.

• • Graduates, please have your cap with your tassel on your right
  • Marshals and other volunteers will help form lines, lead the procession to Gampel Pavilion, and direct you through the process of having your name read and receiving your diploma cover
  • Regalia must be zipped up
  • You will be congratulated and have your photograph taken, and then you will return to your seat
  • You must remain in your seat until the ceremony has concluded
  • The ceremony is expected to last approximately two hours
