We are no longer accepting requests for Spring 2024 enrollment.  Spring 2025 enrollment will begin in October 2024.

This 1-credit section of BUSN 1801 is an online course intended for UConn Hartford* and Stamford Financial Management majors. Students will be paired with a professional Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) through the Hartford or Stamford CFA Society who will serve as a mentor. Students will be required to initiate contact and meet with their mentor at least once a month over the course of the semester. Course assignments will include a formal interview with the mentor and reflection assignments to be submitted online. Mentors will provide feedback on their interactions with students at the end of the semester.

Seats are limited in this course. Priority will be shown to students whose career goals include working within the field of wealth management after graduation.
