GREEN

- Student reports strong grades, low anxiety about classes, has developed strong academic skills (time management, test taking, study skills, etc.), is aware of support services and/or has used them

ORANGE

- Student grades are ok (C's and B's), student is particularly challenged by a course and has sought out support, student stuggles in one area of academic skills

RED

- Student has no idea of thier current grades, is doing poorly in one or more classes (D or F), is not aware or support services and/or does not want to use them, has not developed academic skills
