This form is intended for students to request a catalog year change for their declared Business minor for the following reasons:

a) if you declared a minor in a past term and the minor requirements have since changed, OR

b) you declared a minor in the current term and wish to follow past requirements.

Minor requirements for the current catalog year can be found in the University Catalog. Minor requirements for previous catalog years can be found under Catalog Archive.
