REMEMBER:
You will receive a copy of the form responses to your UConn email. This form MUST be uploaded to Nexus to fully document your meeting with the student. Please follow the instructions below:
- Check your UConn email for the form response.
- Print the email to PDF
- Print –> Under Printer Options select “Print to PDF.” This will prompt you to save a file of the email.
- You can save to the desktop (you will need to delete these files after you have uploaded them)
- Enter a note in Nexus
- TOPIC: “PM Mentor Meeting #2”
- SUB-TOPIC: Appointment
- Attach a PDF copy of the emailed responses to the note
- Add any further information in the text box you wish to include but may not have felt comfortable typing in front of the student, it is ok to leave the textbox blank
